Default Cyberverse Deluxe BAF Arcee and Grimlock Plastic Discolouration

Hi all, with the heatwave this past weekend I noticed that Arcee's limbs had turned a pinkish orange, I reached out to the twittersphere to see if anyone else had this issue. Some people had remarked the same discolouration had occurred in Arcee and in her wave mate Grimlock.

I suspect that it may have been the heat and it seems to affect the softer plastics on these figures.

Well that sucks... being so quick.
I get that sort of discolouration off toys that are 20-30 years old... but not less than a year old. Different factories would probably have different plastic "recipes" (chemical compounds), and the plastic recipe used on those (or maybe some specific colour chemicals in those two toys) must be unstable, which could be a sign of future brittleness or fragility (like the gold plastic syndrome).
