Since we have moved on past the Rotorforce Q, the answer was Leadfoot, since he was a Open wheel racer (F1 or Indy style) while the other Rotorforce members were:
Manta Ray: A Powerboat (similar in style to the ones used in the Florida keys)
Powerdive: A Helicopter
Ransack: A Plane (of the WWII era, with a front propeller)
