Looks like it's the local option then, and just start paying the extra $5 from now on (if this is the new regular price).
Had to find new options to follow store updates, but the early bird price for this one (and when I ordered) was $36. Between that and the $20 shipping, I may have to consider EB if they actually start getting things in at a good pace.
