Big thanks to TFW2005 user Joey_Santana for the original idea and Jaxius for the junker Landmine.
Other parts used were an energon Scorponok chest, classics deluxe Megatron (for the new neckplate) and an axe from a Batman and Robin Bane figure

I actually had that idea after i sold it to you good to see the idea ended up happening
If I remember correctly his head makes a nice Jhiaxus head (hint hint)

Had a flash of inspiration and made a panel using part of a toothpaste tube that in theory should be able to fold away for transformation
