    @Kranix
    Yes, this is cruel.
I have a sense of humor, but this, I am not finding amusing at all, just anger inducing.

The Ducktales &Darkwing Duck fanbases will not find this amusing:

as they're already irked with Disney on this subject.

But the other toys (not the silohouettes) look real, so where did they get those?
Are they existing products from those franchise's merchandise lines?

To clarify one reason why I am irked, Hasbro didn't take the opportunity to build Danger Room as an actual Transformer when it came to their crossover line.
So now I have to make my own because they didn't step up.
By the way, Danger Room is technically a Transformer, her physical form techmorphs into the X-Jet and her hands also transform into weapons.

Yes, they're all existing toys except the Death Egg, which looks to have been lifted from a game. It's even the main image on the Sonic Wiki for it.

I can't fault you for wanting these to real, especially since a lot of these would undoubtedly be cool but please be somewhat critical of any unverified information you see, moreso around early April.

The real prank would be if one of these sets were the real deal.

I would kill for a Knight-Rider Kitt transformer, and because Tilarta posted this April 3 and only that image, I fell for it hook line and sinker.
It was only when I clicked on the link and saw Ducktales, then the f*ing magic school bus that I realised someone was taking the p*ss.

I?m sure that wasn?t Tilarta?s intention either and they were similarly duped by what was a REALLY cool concept, and some really slick looking images.
On the lookout for MISB Headmaster Highbrow, Takara or Hasbro. I'm sure I could make you a sweet deal!

To be honest, I'm surprised Hasbro hasn't taken the opportunity for a KITT Transformer, since he's already a sentient car, all they'd have to do is give him a Transform function to bring him all the way to full Autobot.
And version 2 of KARR was technically a Transformer, so they can do it on their own.

Maybe one day, Hasbro will add KITT to their crossover lineup.
@SMHFConvoy, it would be nice if that was the one set that was the real deal!

Yes, this was not my intention, I was so overjoyed that KITT and his FLAG truck were getting the collaborative makeover/introduction I didn't realise it was one of those infamous April's Fool's day pranks until I was told it wasn't real.

Doesn't seem like Hasbro has the rights for it. As much as fans may want something in Transformers, if Takara or Hasbro don't have permission or rights, there's basically no chance.

How do they get permission to produce these toys then?
According to this, Knight Rider currently belongs to Universal City Studios LLC.

And then there's the complication of who owns the car design.
According to the internet, since Pontiac discontinued operations, a company called Trans Am Depot secured ownership of this car design/trademark name.
But they're more concerned with the name then the actual car, if they don't put Trans Am on the KITT Transformer toy (like Gigawatt's vehicle mode doesn't have Delorean), then it may be permissible.

So would Hasbro have to approach Universal City Studios to get permission to produce a Collaborative KITT Transformer?
