I wondered how they solved the gaping space behind Pipes's head with reuse of the Huffer mold. It looks like somehow the cab can be rotated so that back of the cab, with the white rectangle and Autobot sign, sits behind his head, as opposed to Huffer who has the gaping space over his head due to this being the front/inside of his cab. The original G1 Huffer and Pipes were actually back to front - the front of Huffer was the bottom of the truck, while the front of Pipes was the top and so their cabs were situated differently (also why their arms/smokestacks point down vs up).

Yes, as this chefatron video shows, they added a swivel joint to where the cab attaches.

Two of the wave 4 Deluxes have apparently been found at a toy store in Chile - Waspinator & Shadow Panther - which is odd, unless there is a 5th wave coming for Pipes and Slammer.
The early release, if it was a legitimate appearance at a retailer, could be like how toys show up here at Toyworld months before they should, because they were sent out by accident.

The people who found the wave 4 Deluxe toys in Chile, noted that the master cartons only had Waspinator and Shadow Panther as new toys, packed with Tracks and Paleotrex (the first re-release of Deluxe toys from earlier waves)... and an online store in Canada has also started shipping out that 4th wave, which also had those same four toys.
So what has happened to Pipes and Slammer, and when are they getting released?

Looking back on the leaked Amazon Australia listings in April, the four Deluxe toys that were expected for wave 4 have consecutive product numbers, which means that they were at least originally intended to be released together... and Pipes & Slammer have product numbers before Waspinator.

F0681 Hasbro Transformers Generations War for Cybertron: K Deluxe Shadow Panther Action Figur - $35

F0682 Hasbro Transformers Generations War for Cybertron: K Deluxe Pipes Action Figur - $35

F0683 Hasbro Transformers Generations War for Cybertron: K Deluxe Slammer Action Figur - $35

F0684 Hasbro Transformers Generations War for Cybertron: K Deluxe Waspinator Action Figur - $35

I really hope that they have planned a 5th wave and signed up retailers to it, as we are getting into that part of the year that retailers stop ordering the "old season" and start clearing their shelves in time for the new season of stock that comes out in December/January. The first wave of Kingdom stock arrived in the country in October last year, so if there is a 5th wave of Kingdom and we don't get it here by the end of next month, the focus of Hasbro Australia and Retailers here will be on next year's toyline (receiving into the country and preparing to ship to stores).

And Hasbro seems to have dropped "revision waves" some time ago (maybe the planned waves are spaced out enough that retailers are only signing up to each wave and don't order replenishments, as they expect new stock to arrive at fairly regular intervals)... and in the last couple of years when there has been a full wave of just re-released toys, it gets a new wave number (which you see in Cyberverse and Rescue Bots)... when in years past, it would usually be called a revision wave (and we sometimes had revision waves that had a new figure in, which made it even more frustrating to keep track of, or track down in some countries).

Amazon now have package images up for Shadow Panther and Waspinator as per links above, when previously showed "no image available", so hope thats a sign they might pop up for sale sometime soon

And if this was acquired as a leaked toy, I'd be disappointed that Hasbro UK was using someone on social media who buys stolen toys, just to benefit from their large audience.

I didn't realise that those listings were back up... just annoying that it won't let you pre-order them though.
