Some more images (mixed in with the ones that Tober linked to), including more comparison photos with Cheetor (showing that it is essentially a new toy with about 10-20% parts copied from Cheetor), and showing the packaging contents with the instruction proving that it is an SDCC exclusive.

The inside of the packaging itself is very nicely done as a diorama, along the lines of last year's Quintesson Pit set, which would have been for SDCC if it hadn't been cancelled.

The Ravage 2-pack has now been officially revealed, which will be released in America in November for us$45.

Hasbro Australia told us at the beginning of the year that it should be coming to Australia, but will need to recheck it.

That?s indeed wonderful news. I suspect it will be a popular toy, even if there is a considerable mark up on it. Throwing in the G1 ravage reissue is a nice bonus, especially for those who have the recently released Walmart Soundwave.
On the lookout for MISB Headmaster Highbrow, Takara or Hasbro. I'm sure I could make you a sweet deal!

This is such an amazing set, the paint apps on the G1 figure are so crisp.

The base Cheetor mold is a Deluxe, Tigatron's a Voyager.

I guess they could use this for a Botcon 2001 Tigatron homage if they wanted.

No idea... but at least it still hasn't been released in America, so could show up as soon as it arrives. But I would have expected it listed somewhere here by now.
