I saw a very cheap Grand Moff Tarkin figure at the reject shop a few years ago and it cam with the Death Star Interrogation Droid. I found it in a box in the garage a few weeks ago and thought about the Robot Chicken clip for Dr. Ball MD and decided to make some accessories.

The medical bag is 2.5 x 1.5 x 3cm. I used some dense packing foam and around the outside used a black vinyl pencil case.

I glued the sides up to the angle first and then sewed the edges for show and strength. The handle is some wire I had. The label is just printed on a laser printer and glued on.

The head light is a grommet with a backwards diamonte glued in it. This is mounted on a piece of black flexible chopping board and the band is a cable tie.
