I don't know about we, but I do. And this one looks quite different to the last. Very satisfactorily so, to me.

I didn't buy the TR Perceptor, as I didn't think he was superior to the previous one. This one however, I will have to grab.

I dont get the April 2022 release dates since two of those designs are just reissues of current versions already out in circulation with some Minor differences and additions!
A copy of the product details.
(the text doesn't seem to say when they are being released, but the release dates on some of the online stores say April next year for Starscream and Perceptor, and January for the Sweep... which as noted above, seems like a long way off, and would mean that the Studio Series toys just being released right now are the last ones for at least 6 months)

Transformers Studio Series 86-11 Deluxe The Transformers: The Movie Perceptor
Studio Series has always allowed fans to reach past the big screen and build the ultimate Transformers collection inspired by iconic movie scenes from the Transformers movie universe. Now, the Studio Series line is expanding to include the epic moments and characters from the classic 1986 The Transformers: The Movie, bringing fans a whole new series of screen-inspired figures to collect! (Each sold separately. Subject to availability.)
This Studio Series 86-11 Deluxe Class Transformers: The Movie-inspired Perceptor figure converts from robot to microscope mode in 20 steps. Remove backdrop to showcase Perceptor in the Battle of Autobot City scene. In the Battle of Autobot City scene from The Transformers: The Movie, Perceptor observes a fleet of incoming enemies. His cursory evaluation of Decepticon capability indicates a distinct tactical deficiency—or in other words: the Autobots are outnumbered! I'm more excited about the Kingdom Pipes that has been leaked than anything from the official release video.

As someone that wasn't buying toys when the last one was around I'm happy for one that I'll be able to find at the shops for retail

In-hand images of Perceptor, from the UK source of unreleased toys.

Actual release of this toy is somewhere from January to April.
