I just got this guy yesterday for Fathers Day. I like him. The scorpion legs can stay quite compact between his robot body and tail, but it'd be nice if there were some tabs just to secure it all properly.
I like how his robot is short and stumpy but the scorpion looks long and skinny. I appreciate how, it's a simple transformation and you can tell that it's the same character, but the proportions seem to change. The bony armoured look is cool too.

I also giggle a little how he's short and stumpy and yet, if you pause halfway through transformation, he has to pull off this dainty ballet move with his legs in order to achieve his alt-mode.

It's confusing having the same name used for 2 different characters within the space of a year lol

I got mine in July from not-Zing/EB. The reason for not reviewing was I couldn't be bothered.
Looking to buy lucky draw Armada Prime and Diaclone Marlboor Wheeljack.

I'm a fan, gotta say. Just a squat little scorpion man, none of the issues people seem to be having a deal breakers for me. Probably would have benefited from being a Voyager with a little more complexity, but that's true of any figure really. I'm just thrilled to have any Scorponok.

There's a lot not to love about this guy as others mentioned.

However for a first outing of a toon-accurate Scorponok, he's not bad at all. Heck as the random beast mook he was in Netflix Kingdom he's quite fitting. Hopefully he doesn't have to wait another 20 odd years for a redux

I Quite like him in both modes - though couldn't resist making this image when I realised how short he was
