Second Ghostbusters Ectotron toy on sale at Myer to OCT 31st

Interesting to see different packaging on the Ghostbusters/ TF Ecto 1... Anyone know why Hasbro did this?

New movie's coming out so they're basing it on how it appears in that, also heard that it's somewhat based on Ghostbusters packaging.

It's a slightly different figure - includes an extra ghost, a different robot head, the ladder's on the other side and a different paint job to match the new movie (rusty/faded)

True but this one also has the comic which wouldn't fit in the other style packaging anyway.

I'm actually thinking about picking up the original Ecto-1. There are still places with the original one in stock.
