The Combiner Wars stuff isn't due out until Feb/March. The independent stores like Toyworld stocked them early (as they have done before) but they should be pretty much everywhere in the coming weeks. Some Kmarts already have shelf tags out, but no toys yet.

I don't think it was the dreaded Scalpers. It was limited store release for a popular new toyline cheaper than ordering online, of course they'd go quick.
Not sure if these have been mentioned but I came across 18 g packets of TF AOE Popping Candy with Lollipop & Sticker (by Park Avenue Foods and licensed by Hasbro), sold for $1 each at one of our local fish n' chip shops. It says on the back that there are 12 stickers to collect. Not sure if they are commonly found at movie theaters or other outlets?

A new "Cheap as Chips" store has opened up here in Swan Hill to replace the Sams Warehouse that cosed down. They are selling 48 piece TF4 jigsaws for $10 (large pieces for ages 3+). Grabbed one for Orions b'day in December

Combiner wars optimus, windcharger and thundercracker at you world epping plus rid one steps.
They did also have alpha bravo and Silverbolt but they're sitting next to me at my home now
