THOUGHTS

• A very nice rendition of Ironhide's black Diaclone colour scheme.

• The red hinge on the windscreen sticks out like a sore thumb. I wish it'd been black.

• The black fists look bland; a more source-accurate red pair of fists would've helped them stand out and look nicer.

• The red face is a neat nod to the original colour of the Diaclone seat. The blue eyes contrasts well, although I would have preferred silver. Still, there's no precedence so they can be any colour.

• The only Autobot logo is on the shield; there's no insignia on the actual bot itself.

Overall: This toy would have fairly niche appeal so... only recommended if this kind of thing floats your boat, really. But hey, niche appeal toys are precisely what Gens Selects is for.

Gonna have to paint the red hinge black and slap an Autobot symbol on it. It looks awful red.
