Yes, it comes with Clutch, which is accurate to the original e-Hobby toy, and Diaclone.

Hasbro omitted the blue Honda City Turbo's scooter for whatever reason, but Takara included it when they reissued the silver Honda City R Diaclone as Crosscut.
