I've just been charged by HLJ for this month's Studio Series, but they haven't charged me for my MPM-12 preorder.

MPM-12 still does not have a date on takaratomymall.jp, but it's been changed from April 2022 to June 2022 on the HLJ site.
The Tenseg items are still listed as May 2022 on the HLJ site, but they're now listed as 30th June on takaratomymall.jp

So it looks likely Japan will now be getting both the MPM-12 and Tenseg in June.
