These are TakaraTomy toys (and maybe some significant licensed items) currently known from official sources, scheduled for release in APRIL in Japan (as well as in Asia, as most Japanese Transformers toys are also released through Hasbro Hong Kong).

These monthly lists will be archived on the 2022 Transformers Checklist if you need to refer to these listings later (if anything is found out later, because these monthly lists won't be updated after their month ends).

Only one new item added this month by TakaraTomy - Legacy Laser Optimus Prime for September.

The WFC (Netflix) Cheetor has been pushed back again, this time to May (originally was for October, then was March).

And the Movie Masterpiece Optimus still has no official release date, so I've left it in the April month for now.

Several items that were listed for March, many of which were delayed from last year, have been removed from the TakaraTomyMall website, which is unusual, as product pages are often left there for a few months after they were sold out (most TFs are sold out during pre-order).

Even though TakaraTomyMall still doesn't have a new date for the MPM-12 Optimus, HLJ have noted a released date of April (30th on their email).. so I guess we will see in two weeks time if that is true.

I've just been charged by HLJ for this month's Studio Series, but they haven't charged me for my MPM-12 preorder.

MPM-12 still does not have a date on takaratomymall.jp, but it's been changed from April 2022 to June 2022 on the HLJ site.
The Tenseg items are still listed as May 2022 on the HLJ site, but they're now listed as 30th June on takaratomymall.jp

So it looks likely Japan will now be getting both the MPM-12 and Tenseg in June.
