Studio Series 21 (ROTF) Starscream.
Back in the day, I'd decided to grab the SS6 version, but never saw it in the flesh. Didnt love the SS21 version as much so passed on it.
Today, I've still never managed to nab a SS6, so I'm settling for the SS21. For now.
