The catalogue will be out on 6 June.

Meanwhile and for some fun... From looking at the new release Legacy and Studio Series toys found at Target, Kmart, Big W, Toymate and JB Hi-Fi, (not sure about Toyworld), I put together a speculative list of what might be available at Big W in June/July. I think Legacy will be released as part of a "Promotional Price" event. Also, looking back at the 2021 and 2020 sales, I made guesses as to what the discounts might be. Let's see if any of this plays out.

    Legacy
Commander - nil (Motormaster isn't due for a while) unlike previous years' Sky Lynx and Rodimus.
Leader - Laser Optimus Prime? Galvatron? (recently out in NZ) | $89 to $44
Voyager - Bulkhead, Blaster (now at Target, Toymate, Kmart) | $49 to $39
Deluxe - Skids, Kickback, Arcee, Dragstrip (now at Target, Toymate, Kmart) | $39 to $32
Core - Iguanas, Skywarp, Hot Rod (now at Kmart) | $19? to $15

    Studio Series
Leader - Coronation Starscream (online at Target, now at JB) | $95 to $48
Voyager - Soundwave (online at Target, now at JB & Kmart) | $60 to $42
Deluxe - Sideswipe, Kup, Blurr, B-127 (wave 14 now at Kmart & Big W); Ratchet?, Wheeljack?, Perceptor?, Brawn? (wave 15 now at JB but I haven't seen Brawn) | $36 to $28
Core - Ravage, Shockwave (now at Toymate, Target, JB); Spike? (was at Target) | $19 to $15

People running out to stores to buy legacy wave 1 toys, the most shelfwarming Transformers of all, a few weeks before mid year toy sales? Blows my mind.

If you're predictions are true, I'd pick up a Laser Prime, but I do think $15 cores will be a thing.

I heard Motormaster is coming to Australia around June/July for a particular toy sale.
(I think it’s safe to say Big W is stocking it based off previous trends)
I'll update this when I'm needing help finding particular figures

Honestly, the price (and possible "lost" savings from the sale) just doesn't really matter to me. I'm now five toys heavier, and four toys closer to having all I want. The spare change I would save by waiting a month (I make it $26 based on the guesses above and what I bought today) is easily worth spending now in having the toys now. "Time is money" is terribly cliche, but also quite true.

Also, I very distinctly recall my experience with last year's big Big W sale, where my local Big W pulled stock on sale off the shelves at the start of the sale, and then returned them after it finished.

Motormaster has showed up on the Big W Website, and with a few reported sightings, I guess they are getting him ready for the toy sale.

Yeah got mine this morning, and someone saw staff getting in trouble for selling early at another store

I have a list of all G1 characters that have been released in CHUG form. You can find it here. Please feel free to let me know if I got anything wrong so I can fix it.
