I'm a fan. They've done a really good job here.

Jeez, all these Mirage repaints and the Dragstrip/repaints... it's going to be a while (if ever) that we get a new mould for poor Slapdash.

I would hope for a new mould for Slapdash. He was one of my first transformers when I was a kid. At least then we might also get a bunch of other Powermasters.

I'll take a retooled Mirage or new mould Slapdash... just give us a CHUG Slapdash! They've already done all of the Decepticon Power/Godmasters as CHUG; but the only Autobots have been Optimus Prime, Ginrai (incl. Godbomber) and Getaway. Need Slapdash and Joyride! And Joyride can be repainted as a Gens Selects Ranger. Lightfoot and Road King are visually identical to Getaway and Slapdash that we don't really need separate toys for them (any more than we need a CHUG Piranacon when we already have King Poseidon).

If you can spare it, use Arcee's energon weapon as the rotor on the end of the rifle

I always liked the way the front of Slapdash flipped around on the G1 version. If they can work out a way to do that plus leg articulation haha

I know you hate this line of thought mate - However that Getaway isn't very good. It was a poor repaint job that shouldn't have existed.

That said - Slapdash is my favourite Autobot Powermaster so I'm really holding out that they do him justice.

Oh, I completely agree. I also dislike how he's a Headmaster instead of being a Powermaster. But the fact is that he has been done, and I would rather see HasTak priortise CHUGging other G1 Transformers before coming back around and re-CHUGging CHUGs that could be better CHUGged.
