Transformers: Reactivate.

So there was a Transformers game announced today at The Game Awards; Transformers: Reactive.

It looks like a "dark reboot" take on Transformers. Keep in mind this is a cinematic trailer, not gameplay, so the game might look nothing like this.

This looks very much like a VR style experience, or theme park thing. But what a strange way to advertise, it doesn't really tell anyone much about anything, except that someone is making a TF game. Although with all them squishies in the screen shot, I'd laugh if it's COD; Bumblebee.

A note for any future Transformers historians. After two plus years of almost nothing being said about the Transformers Reactivate game it's been cancelled.

How many more were in the pipeline unreleased? I would imagine Hasbro has known for awhile.

I really want to see a reissue of Starscream with both wings the same. It’s a damn good toy, but the OCD streak in me bugs me. The lack of symmetry really annoys me.

Starscream was my favourite of the four, but that colour scheme did put me off for quite a while.

The single release of Bumblebee in Studio Series suggests the other three will get another release (maybe in different colours but unlikely remolded).

There's a couple of other designs that I'd hope get a release. I only recently heard a suggestion that the Transformers Prime toys that weren't show characters (Rumble, Kup, Thundertron) were toys for a cancelled TF game.
