Michael Bay has posted on his site that the trailer will be out end of feb or the superbowl which is feb 1st but there will be a teaser poster out befor that.

That will probably be the teaser - teasers come out before trailers.Hopefully they'll show more than some Martian landscape.

who knows what he means, but I guess if he's talking Superbowl it would be a substantial trailer. So a teaser could be possible before that.
