In a word: outstanding. Much like Legacy Shadowstrip, this toy is a gorgeous homage to the cancelled G2 Stunticon. Although unlike Shadowstrip. G2 Dead End's colours are so unapologetically 90s! (which is source-accurate)

Having said that, this deco is quite obscure and has niche appeal (no wonder it's a store exclusive). And it's not even a new character like Shadowstrip, which is disappointing to me (but clearly didn't stop me from buying one). Recommended only if this deco appeals to you. Objectively speaking, I prefer the look of the original Legacy Dead End. But I gotta say that the redeco on this G2 Universe Dead End figure is done really, really well. If the rest of these G2-redecoed Legacy Stunticons are gonna be done as well as Shadowstrip and G2 Universe Dead End here, then we're gonna be in for a treat!

I bought Shadowstrip and wasn't sure if I would end up getting the rest of the deluxe G2 Stunticons, but I figured if I at least get all the limb bots I can swap them out occasionally on my Legacy Motormaster, and have the original Stunticons in their bot modes.

Is the foot tabbing on alt mode fixed here?

I'm skipping the G2's for the box set. However this is nice.

It's not "fixed" because it wasn't broken. Although this is a common misconception.
All you have to do is give the foot a good push (where it connects to the roof) until you hear a "click" sound and it stays secure.

I bought this on sight but I've yet to actually open it. I'm assuming I'll get around to it in *counts on fingers* 2026?

Dead End in 2024's special capsule line (Star Seekers or whatever). Wildrider in whatever 2025's line is. Then MotorMaster in 2026?
