Deathsaurus was $368, probably anywhere from that to maybe $500 but that might be pusing it (who am i kidding i would probably spend that)

I was expecting ~$500, I'd go up to $550 I think because RID was the first TF show I saw and I loved that Prime.

And this is what's stupidest about the whole thing. You are exactly who Hasbro is aiming this at (and you are expected by them to replace me as a customer as I age out of buying G1 toys), and yet it is being made, deliberately for some unknown reason, unobtainable by the target market in Australia.

    Just bizarre.

It's been obvious for a while that HasTak realises they need to get people who grew up with other series into collecting. The Beast Wars MPs were the tip of the iceberg in trying to expand out. I feel like they might have taken it too far now as they are trying to flog off Legacy Cyberverse figures and that generation is still largely not in the workforce to have disposable income.

For me personally RID is the most recent series I can see myself having an interest in collecting a large amount of new toys from it. Armada has a handful of designs I'm interested in. I hate Energon. I like Cybertron. But from Cybertron onwards, the only series I'm interested in collecting is Animated, but I'd rather see reissues of the original moulds that I missed out on, not new moulds. If I absolutely need to I'll pay the $749 because it's RID. But there's no chance I'd pay that sort of premium for something like a Cybertron Primus or an Animated Omega Supreme.
I have a list of all G1 characters that have been released in CHUG form. You can find it here. Please feel free to let me know if I got anything wrong so I can fix it.

Im like you, not fussed at all but I thought maybe $500 tops.

I didnt go for the GI Joe Dragonfly Haslab one as I thought that was too high as well (I think that was $700+).

    Valkyrie's SDF:
Transformer grails: MIB Minerva(the dream is OVER!!!! ), MIB Kiss Player Atariscream, MIB Kiss Player Sparkabots, Kiss Player Manga.

Yep exactly - hopefully Hasbro AU at least says something about it but I don't have my hopes up...

The Mexican price translates to ~$550 AUD, so the vibes in this thread that the price should be around that here in AU seem pretty spot on.

This is just insulting at this point. EB Games in New Zealand put their listing up for Omega Prime. It's $699 NZD.
