I had a junker Prime commander class (when they were the smaller size) Megatron lying around and decided to paint it up as Megatron possessed by Unicron. Used a spare robot heroes Galvatron cannon for his missing weapon.




I'm pretty sure I transformed this right... looks bleah anyway
