There is one you've missed though- hes a bit hard to see but hes sitting on top of Flattop and is in similar colours so hes not easy to see (he is a little jet).

That is Flattop. He transforms from a robot into an F4 Phantom fighter jet. The aircraft-carrier that transforms into an interstellar jet is the transport/vehicle which he controls. See here, here and here.

That's the whole point of Micromaster Transports - they're Micromaster Transformers who come with a transport vehicle/base that they control or pilot. Other Micromaster Transports are Erector, Overload and Roughstuff. There are also Combiner Transports who are Retro, Surge, Pipeline and Gusher.
