Overall, I think we did a good job to limit the scalping. But more importantly just about anyone who wanted to own one was able to buy one from TRU. Even you guys over in WA! Unlike in the US where heaps of MP SW went immediately on eBay as soon as it was available online at TRU USA. I think what worked in our favour was that there was no official launch date in Australia.

Found Sharktimegs in the Kingsway Big W - full price though. I grabbed him in the hope I find another one later at the cheaper price.

No sign of Hardshell though in the Woolies there; all they had was a single Bot Shots figure, so maybe a restock is due soon. I'll be back by there tomorrow after work to get some fruit and veg, so I can update.

meanwhile, I was lucky in that my friend in Townsville landed me the last MP Soundwave there, so even with the shipping ($60+) I'm still well pleased - still cheaper than a Japanese one, with all the cassettes..

Finally caved ... bought Hun-gurrr online. $20 from Taiwan (eBay) ... but free shipping.

Theres a Metroplex in Myer Perth if anyone was still interested.

Rockingham Target has all the cyber-verse combiners minus Hun-gurrr.

Still no Hardshell ... anywhere south of Rocko to Mandurah. Also for retro's sake Toyworld Rockingham is going out of business (cause they never have anything) so there having cash sale 30% - 40% off. I saw a few Classics/Universe Scourge, Wheeljacks and Warpath is anyone is interested.

It was RiD Voy for $20 at Big W, haven't seen them anywhere else or at that price.
