My dispatch email was received 11:40am yesterday... courier was at front door just before 10am today.

Box has corner dents but that's not too bad to me. Soundwave himself is fantastically engineered, and Laserbeak is very smartly done... overall the feel of the plastic is a little disappointing actually, and inferior to third party stuff we've had recently, and also inferior to MP-10 going from memory (will have to compare later).

Oh... hey you should be able to track it on the TRU website then. Any useful info there??

Might even be able to chase up the courier (Fast Way) using the order/dispatch number provided to see where it's at.

When I log into tru. All I see is dispatched

Same here, and I received my despatch confirmation at 10am on Friday. Starting to get worried. If it's not at the door tomorrow when I get home from work I'll definitely be contacting the courier to follow it up.

Did anyone manage to track anything successfully via the site. It didnt seem to be there fir me either. Don't forget it does give a range of something like 4-10 days I think Gasaraki mentioned earlier. Don't get discouraged yet!
