Today I also spotted Universe Hound, Cheetor, & "G1" Starscream at Kmart. Finally the biggies are starting to get these things in! (Still no freakin' Cyclonus though...)

Found Smokescreen and Cyclonus today. Bought Smokescreen and left Cyclonus because I already have him so he is still there if anyone wants it.
They also had the 2 Gestalts, Inferno, Hound, the Special Editions and Masterpiece Starscream (many), plus many more. Still no legends though.
If any one wants the location PM me. I don't want to give the location out on the forum because this store is my go to store to find most of what I need
