According to several sites, Encore Meister is going to have a "remolded" head (sounds like it's going to be the one from reissue Stepper, instead of the silly grin face), and he's also going to come with Laserbeak! Weird...

Also, does anyone know if he's up for pre-order at HLJ yet? I've read on a few different sites that people have placed pre-orders on HLJ for him, but I can't find the item. Does anyone have a link?
