Incorrect!
Super Sculpey(super sculpey, like sculpey, is under the 'classic' line that-) also requires baking to harden. If it sets at room temperature, all the stores that stock it would be stuffed as it's not a two-part mix!
Other materials like miliput or aves fixit do set at room temperature, but have to be mixed (2-part) before you start sculpting - after about 2 hours it'll be a lot tougher, but requires a good 24 hours to get it solid.
I use both (super sculpey & milliput) and both have its uses
