Fearless leader is more likely a referance to the Rocky and Bullwinkle show character "Fearless leader".

As for the Vok remark that could be anything, could be a german guy called Vock who wrote the data minning program she's using, I remain unconvinced that this is a Beast Wars referance.

Anyway.. The fearless leader, rattrap used that heaps, the Vock/vok She(Abby) is a bit of a nerd.. But, if she didn't say it then I am mistaken and apologize.

I should also state that I had been watching BW about 5 mins before watching that NCIS ep, so yeah, I was still in TF mode..
