As fatbot said, you need to purchase the book and send in the barcode with the order form attached. The bar code is on a separate "wrap-around" so don't worry, you don't need to mutilate the actual book cover to cut the barcode out.

i got mine though blackgears, a bloke in japan, i've gotten a few things off him before. he's doing everthing, buys the book, snips out the barcode and obtains the toy. you can get either the book or the toy or both

Maybe we should do a group order with blackgears heh. It's not much more than what we paid for Henkei Thrust/Dirge. Seems to me more work will be involved so I find it reasonable.
