I wonder how many people will rebuild in the same area, and how many will move away?

I also wonder if it would be worth the government creating town Fire bunkers for small remote towns, just small ones, enough to hold 50 people for a day or so. Only suggest town ones, as if each property had to build one, it might be cost prohibitive, especially seeing as you would hope that they were never used.
