Wouldn't Hasbro make an issue of FanProjects creating whole new toys based on G1 characters? Also would hardcore fans accept them since they are not just upgrades but complete unlicensed figures? I know that unofficial brand new figures is not a new thing but neither of those companies have had the same level of recognition and exposure as Fan Projects has earned.

Although I fully appreciate what FanProjects is doing in giving us toys that Hasbro absolutely refuses to do for whatever reason, it seems as if they are tempting Hasbro to throw down the legal gauntlet and I fear for their 'safety' since Fan Projects is such a great company which is in tune with fans.

BTW: I am not trying cause trouble, just asking.
