Mon is an Austroasiatic language used chiefly in Burma in the vicinity of Moulmein and an orator is someone who speaks. So obviously benben wants to learn how to speak that particular Burmese dialect. I wouldn't recommend studying abroad there as an exchange student or anything until the political climate settles down. :/ But don't worry benben, I'm sure your Burmese will be as fluent
as this in no time!
