I also ordered Henkei Cyclonus (last night) so I should be getting mine soon too. Cost double the price of the local release but what are ya gonna do - that's the price of lavender over eggplant these days.
That Hot Shot is not the new Universe one, it's the original Armada version. I wanted it for a while now and also as a companion piece to the upcoming Universe remake. Not a bad figure that's full of gimmicks. Robot mode is ok and the red LED on the hand blinded me, since I didn't know it had that gimmick and I accidentally pushed the trigger and was directed right over my eye.

Indeed, I will review Waspinator. Good figure but with little play value unfortunately.

Henkei Cyclonus is indeed pricey. Did you order just the figure by itself? The shipping will kill you. I think both Universe and Henkei are pretty equal, but the purple chrome wings and the chrome on Nightstick edges out Universe a little. The purple is a little too light for my liking on the Henkei version.

They were actually. The backpack on Cheetor's bot mode prevented a lot of poses. Dinobot's panels for the tail didn't close up properly and as with griffin's figure, mine too had the missile problem of being ultra sensetive after one use. I think it's the way the handle was done for the tail as a weapon. It interferes with the launching mechanism. The actual handle was a claw that just hugged the top and bottom of the figures hand that looked about 3mm too small, that you have to force fit and in turn, I believe, what affects the launching mechanism.

Otherwise I don't really mind the two BW Universe figures. But the arm kibble in Dinobot's alt mode, I know it's probably a tribute to the original toy but I expect better engineering than that these days. Cheetor was ruined by the mouth/eye gimmick which made the need for the huge backpack kibble in bot mode. Certainly not the Universe figure for everyone.

Cheetor isn't as bad as I thought he would be (I got Henkei) but he is still more 'Beast Machines' in design engineering than Beast Wars and suffers too much from the eye gimmick as mentioned by Stompy. I personally prefer the elegance of the original BW design engineering even if the new one gains some Beast mode articulation.

What they should have done is transplanted the original BW engineering into a new mold which is more streamlined to look like a Cheetah, throw out the eye gimmick and add articulation to the front legs in Beast mode. Then you would have a good Cheetor that would look more like a Cheetah and his cartoon character model instead of a BW/BM hybrid.

I strongly disagree that Universe Dinobot is a disappointing figure. Yes, he should have had the same colours as the 10th anniv. BW toy but colour differences aside, the mold itself is far more show accurate and detailed than the original toy, so much so that it makes the original look like a superdeformed tribute of the character. Don't like the shoulder pads with the dino arms hanging off in robot mode? Rotate them back and fold the arms out of sight. Don't like the robot fists? Rotate them around and you've got the show accurate claws. I found him to be a real breath of fresh air in the Universe line and think he's a must buy. Disappointing my foot!

Got Henkei Cyclonus and Encore Trailbreaker. Love Cyclonus, the robot mode of the G1 version had been bugging me since I was a kid.
