Looks like an extensive kitbash to me. Those arms look like they're from Star Wars Transformers, the legs remind me of Classics Bumblebee/Cliffjumper and that face looks awfully familiar to me but I can't place it. They all look retooled though. I wonder if that slingshot came from another toy or if it was made from scratch (e.g.: sculpey). If so, that's some darn good sculpting work.
It's clear that a lot of effort has gone into this. The paint apps are fantastic - good use of metallic oranges.
I think the Jizaitoys Wheelie is a completely scratchbuilt garage kit and not a kitbash like this one appears to be.
