Bought their beautiful Ninja Gaiden Ryu action figure from a Game Trader a little more than a week ago. Unfortunately mine had a minor factory defect. Emailed NECA's customer service and they sent me replacement parts right away! Lightning fast! Received the parts today and my Ryu is now complete! Very happy.
