NECA is excellent!
Bought their beautiful Ninja Gaiden Ryu action figure from a Game Trader a little more than a week ago. Unfortunately mine had a minor factory defect. Emailed NECA's customer service and they sent me replacement parts right away! Lightning fast! Received the parts today and my Ryu is now complete! Very happy.

the only Neca stuff I got is the AVP warrior Alien (f'n awesome) and Predalien (f'n average)
but on a whole I quite like their stuff. Any company that'll produce a Sebastian Haff (go see Bubba Ho-tep) fig is pure awesome!
