    This is exactly what happens.

    Post Code is picked at random. The people within that post code are picked.

    I know my post code hadn't been picked before because I still do work on the weekends at my old job (the accountants/tax agents) and had seen the $900 come in for other post codes, just not the one I was in.

    Well I Just bought a new computer chair to replace my broken one and I also need a new bed and matress, my current one has a sinkhole. So In my case it seems Rudd will be getting what he wants.

    Yeah what the Government has basically done is given us is a refund of the money we have been paying them over the years as taxes. The only ones that truly get 'freebies' are the dole bludgers.
