Ok, first there was no season 5.

There was. You're not missing out on much if you haven't seen it - it was just a selection of episodes from Seasons 1-4 plus TFTM broken up into 5 episodes and the entire series was hosted by Powermaster Optimus Prime and a brat named Tommy Kennedy (who wanted to binary bond with PM Prime to become his Headmaster... or possibly get jiggy with Hi-Q, who knows/cares...)
