My list of Transformers I may try to get over the internet has begun to grow somewhat.
In terms of buying, what would be a good price (individually for:
Armada Starscream
Cybertron Undermine
BWN
-Archadis
-Sharp Edge
-Sling
-Sabreback
-Magmatron
-Big Convoy
I'm assuming complete and not necessarily MIB.

You can get a Korean Big Convoy for quite a bit cheaper than than the Japanese one (no difference in the actual toy from what I understand, just the packaging). Liqdeal on eBay has his own direct web store at toyarena.com where he sells it for US$40

I have some coupon codes that should get you $5 or 10% off. PM me if you need them.
EDIT: He might have more from your list too. I'm just not familiar with BW (except for Big Convoy).

I was offered Henkei red alert, smokescreen and hound for US$106 via registered air parcel with "tracking" today. Is this a good deal? (i have none of these moulds)

All Henkei? That's about A$50 each. Fine for hound, but a bir pricey for Red Alert and Smokescreen. You can get them for A$33-37 shipped if you participate in a group order.

I guess it is pretty pricey. It's not like hound is an exclusive and won't get restocked at hlj or rk, right? (i hope)

All reliable sources I've heard from and recent trends indicate that there will be no more Hounds. I'd expect a restock of Smokescreen and Alert late May marking the last Henkei shipment [hopefully not] ever.

Damn. That's not very inspiring. I would think due to demand more would be produced. I would never have predicted it would be such a sought after item. Is this the same for any other henkei? (Cyclonus comes to mind)

Let me clarify the basis of my opinion...
I've been watching stock levels at a few resellers over a period of 6 or so months. This is well after the release of Henkei 1.0 (everything up to Skyfire and Ramjet), so I can't comment on any trends with those figures. With Henkei 2.0, any figures released on Takara's monthly release day would also have a restock the following month's release day. And after that, I would not see stock levels rise again.
Hound had a restock as expected, but sold out quickly thereafter. I would say that Cyclonus followed suit, although no where near as quickly. I would predict that Ironhide and Lambor are next to go.
So that's where my opinions have come from. Additionally, RK also explicitly told me that they expect no more, and HLJ has Hound marked as discontinued.

RK had 50 Red Alerts yesterday. Today they have none. It is possible they're sitting in uncompleted carts. If so, they'll be back tomorrow. We'll see.
