Evil G1 Prime

Okay... Don't think this is Nemesis or Shattered Glass. Just my take on a bad Optimus Prime...




Came out looking pretty good in the end. Looking to buy more unpainted versions of G1 Ultra Magnus. Anyone?

What made you decide to paint the head and hands gold?

And there is a G1 Nemesis Prime. Well, he was never named but close enough... in G1 #1 we saw this Decepticon leading the Decepticon boarding party into the Ark:


Personally if I had a G1 Prime junker and felt the urge to make him an evil Prime, I'd paint him these colours. But maybe that's just me.

I believe that the colour I used was copper, it is just one of those metalic colours that I feel fits very well with my idea of a decepticon.

You're right - for some reason it looked gold to me at first, but I can see that it's copper. Heh, against that black he looks like "Duracell Prime."

If I find a junker Prime at a market/fair and there's nothing else there that I wanna buy, then sure.

The silver strips on the forearms and legs are a nice touch and difference, and the stickers complete the custom well.

Love the silver on the legs, and the copper is a nice change in colour, and something that I personally have never seen on a nemesis repaint of any character.

WOW that look great, very different then most ive seen. The black and copper works very well together nice work!
