That appears to be a legit Korean version of Magmatron - exactly the same as the Japanese toy but in Korean packaging, paperwork etc. They were imported and distributed in South Korea by a company called Sonokong (which is Korean for Son Gokuu ). The only dodgy thing is that their tech spec cards' stats are sometimes incorrect (I don't know about the text as I don't understand Korean) and sometimes they package the wrong card(s).

If you end up buying that toy and it doesn't come with the Korean Magmatron tech specs card, you can have mine. I got one with my Korean Mach Kick vs. Archadys... I don't need it because I have Japanese Magmatron.

Just as a note, the Korean version of Neo and Car Robots figures are fine. I have the Korean Magmatron, RID Scourge and Rail racer, and do not have a problem with them at all.

My Korean Brave Maximus has an upside-down Autobot insignia on the city-mode tower and no tech specs card.

Not sure but the BWs Korean toys came with different cards to their Japanese counterparts.

Unfortunately, the devil realised that I'm too awesome for Hell and sent me back. it's okay. You can continue to bask in my glorious presence.

The Korean BWs cards though were smaller than the Japanese versions and that made them harder to store imo. Didn't like them as the Japanese ones.
