What mode does MP Dinobot come packaged in? If it's Beast Mode can I get him into Robot Mode without breaking him?

Beast mode without the tail attached. And yes you can get him into bot mode. It’s not that hard a transformation. Involved, but not hard. Essentially you’re turning him inside out.

Shoulders are a non-issue for me.

Ok, good to know. I still have an intact MP3, MP5 and MP9. I'd hate for Dinobot to be the first one with fragility issues to break.

In the next couple of weeks my house will be on the market with the usual home open. I'm thinking it would be wise to lock up my display cabinet in case there may be some unscrupulous scumbags who may be tempted to nick something.

I have one of these display cabinets ( https://www.fantasticfurniture.com.a...TI4SHOOOGLAWHI ) which doesn't come with a lock.

Does anyone have any suggestions on ad-hoc solutions for locking up a glass cabinet?

^No idea, but the idea of selling my place scares the shit out of me because of my Transformers collection. I think the best solution would probably be to pack them away though.

I’d be packing away too, and if not adults (who you’d hope would be better) it’s the kids too who come with the parents on open for inspections.

I'd be packing them away as much as possible too.

It sounds like you're trying to live in the place while selling, but I would imagine a large collection as well as any associated large pieces of furniture could be a little off-putting to potential buyers.

I'd pack away, think of it as a warm up to packing to move when you sell. trust me, it takes a long time to pack up a collection.. I just did it over the last 2 months.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Packing things away is looking likely, I was already thinking of moving the cabinet to make more room but a complete disassemble and storage looks the go.
