My thinking is that i could take Bumblejumper apart and swap his arem for Cliffjumper's or Bumblebee's that way he mint.

Can anyone confirm that the all have the same size wheels and arms?
I belive its cliffjumper - I'm looking for a cj for new wheels for one of mine!

So you can swap Bumblejumpers and Cliffjumpers wheels with each others?

To clarify, you can't swap CJ & BB's arms, although the wheels/tyres are fine.

Cliffjumper & Hubcap share the same arms, but Bumblejumper's arms will only work with Bumblejumper. Bumblebee's arms will work only with him.

(I'm ignoring the later repaints like Bug Bite for simplicity's sake)

I find the keychain reissues were a good and fairly cheap source for spare tyres for Bumblebee and Cliffjumper.

I remember a topic about using a US forwarding service but searching doesnt come up with the info i need. someone posted about a really cheap one.

Can the forwarding service be used with registering for the TFCC?

Yes, 100%. The swap will work in robot mode, but since the three are different cars (Cliffjumper is a Porsche 944, Bumblebee a VW Beetle and Bumblejumper a Mazda 323), the arms are slightly different shapes, as the vehicles are of different shapes. While Hubcap has some retooling in vehicle mode, it affects the rear bumper & spoiler, not the running boards (arms).
