I don't so much think it's a case of haters/miniscule love for the character as much as it's an acceptance that Hasbro really don't want to fill this gap - and that a Universe/Classics Arcee is a more attainable goal.
She's not _that_ momentous a character, so Hasbro don't see Arcee as a sure thing - and at the MP scale she'd have to be.

Anyone know the reason why we never saw a G1 Arcee? I mean they released a crappy looking springer...and a rodimus...and an UM...and cyclonus...and many others.... but why no crappy arcee?
Did hasbro even reach the concept/design or moulding stage?

Totally against this one.

I've always wondered why there wasn't a gen 1 toy made. I'd buy 1. but then i'd buy anything. Especially the Masterpeice line so great idea

Well personaly I'd prefer MP's of Shockwave/Soundwave/Galvatron...
That being said, I still would totaly buy an MP Acree if they made one!
