Well, I've finally found one on eBay... item number 250185845983, and this thing looks brand spanking new. Having said that, it'd cost more than what my car is worth (admittedly not that much!) at $US1797. But I've finally seen one

One of my grails (not that rare, I just wanted him :P) was Apeface, I just won a complete one with outer box & decoder. Pretty Stoked

Also, it seems the set doesn't include Brawl's double cannon.
