They're on the shelves at select Toyworlds nationwide and Targets over east. Some Targets dont have them in the toy section but rather at the impulse shelves at the checkout counters.

The minifigs are featuring in the next toyworld catalog at 3 for $9.99 i believe.
that doesnt start for a week or two - for those who are prepared to wait.
