I was one of the few people to leave Sandown Fair with nothing (either from the Fair or picking up from others).

So I drove 1.5 KM to the nearby shopping centre afterwards and you know what? I think I got the best acquistion of the day

Universe Inferno x 2, Overload and Leo Prime...



...for $25 each!!

Actually only one Inferno is for me, the other three toys already claimed by others.

I checked two other stores (Fountain Gate, Dandenong) hoping to find more for the others asking me but nothing there. Worth checking your local Target though!

Got these two pieces at the Perth Nexus toy fair yesterday sat morning.

I was really hoping to get hold of this bumblebee mold at the fair & even though I couldn't find my preferred Henkei version, the black/yellow colour scheme is really growing on me. I'll have to rate this version ahead of the original yellow/white one and just behind the Henkei's more classic look.


ANd as for the KO Binaltech hound, it is actually rather OK despite it being a KO.

The finishing on this piece isn't as fine as you would expect on the original... e.g. ball joints a little rough & vehicle mode panels not fitting perfectly.

But at $15, I find it difficult to complain. He looks quite good standing next to MP Prime. Saves me the trouble of having to hunt him down on ebay and shipping him in.

All in all, a $35 good haul from the fair.. but i'm beginning to regret not picking up the loose animated prime and animated grimlock from Kyle! (having some major space issues in the house at the mo).



PS - ANyone knows where I can get autobot stickers for my figures? Bumlebee and hound do not have autobot logos.

Picked myself up Transformers Risk to go with TF Monopoly. Haven't played it yet but it appears to have more rules than the original.
